Applying for ranked characters like Gym Leaders and high ranking members of Team Kinetic there are a few things that you should be aware of.
- Your characters will be highly significant to the plot, and advancement of members to the next level of their journeys. For this reason you will need to be highly active and need to post on at least a weekly basis. If you can't do this then you shouldn't apply for such a character.
- You will be allowed to pick up to 10 pokémon for your characters. See the 'Team Kinetic' and 'Gym Leader' threads to see the levels you should be aiming for when listing these pokémon.
- People applying for these ranks must include an RP sample of 200 words with their applications, this is my way of seeing how well you will play the character. RP samples must be written especially for this character, and not something from another RP site.
- Team Kintetic's leader will periodically be PMed by Prof. Birch regarding the site-wide plot. However as the leader of Team Kinetic you will be expected to take some initiative and plan a few mini plots on your own with the rest of your administrative team. Once you've decided on a plot contact Prof. Birch and she'll add it to the news.
